Quick cooking With four zones to choose from, the KM 5617's HighLight elements provide very short heat-up times and even heating across the pan base. This hob offers 9 standard power levels which can be programmed to a finely tuned 17 levels. Auto heat-up gives an initial boost to the normal power output to bring the pan up to temperature rapidly, before reducing the power level to the chosen output for continued cooking. The Booster function can be used for particularly high performance of the selected cooking zone. The flat stainless steel frame co-ordinates perfectly with Miele built-in ovens and sits neatly and unobtrusively on the worktop for elegant integration into the kitchen.
