The SIM6621WLDX Dolce Stil Novo dual induction and gas hob from Smeg gives you the versatility to cook whichever way you want, and looks great in Eclipse black glass with stainless steel trim. This innovative dual hob provides maximum cooking flexibility with 2 burners including a powerful Ultra Rapid gas burner and 2 induction zones. The 2 induction zones on the right can be combined to create one Multizone area for maximum flexibility. The gas burners give you all the instant convenience of gas cooking, and come with strong and easy to clean cast iron pan stands. They have a flame failure safety device for peace of mind, and they are adaptable to LPG (jets included). The induction side includes a keep warm function, melting/low temperature function, pause option, overheating and overflow protection system, end of cooking acoustic alarm, and a child safety lock. There are also residual heat indicators so you can tell how hot each zone is after cooking, and it is easily operated by slider touch controls.
