The touch controls make it easy to select from the 9 power levels and give even more precise temperature control. The hob also features a keep warm automatic function and a quick start function. One extendable zone offers maximum flexibility across the hob surface allowing you to use all pots and saucepan shapes and sizes. As always with Smeg, your safety is very important, and this hob has residual heat indicators so you can see at a glance if the surface is still hot, as well as an automatic safety cut-out for more peace-of-mind.
