The PM6912WLDX Dolce Stil Novo dual induction and gas hob from Smeg gives you the versatility to cook whichever way you want, and looks great in Eclipse black glass with stainless steel trim. This innovative dual hob provides maximum cooking flexibility with 1 powerful Ultra Rapid gas burner and 4 induction zones. The 4 induction zones on the right can be combined to create 2 Multizone areas for maximum flexibility. The gas burner gives you all the instant convenience of gas cooking, and comes with a strong and easy to clean cast iron pan stand. It has a flame failure safety device for peace of mind, and is adaptable to LPG (jets included). The induction side includes a keep warm function, melting/low temperature function, pause option, overheating and overflow protection system, end of cooking acoustic alarm, and a child safety lock. There are also residual heat indicators so you can tell how hot each zone is after cooking, and it is easily operated by slider touch controls. Please note: there should be a minimum height clearance of 75cm between a gas hob and the cooker hood above it.... More
