Multifunction cooking The 50-litre multifunction oven at the heart of the BCD925BDY boasts nine cooking functions, including fan, conventional and defrost modes. The second 35-litre oven uses conventional heat, which is hotter at the top than the bottom of the cavity. Both of these ovens include full-width grills which provide additional cooking options. With a grill in each oven, you'll be able to grill food even when you're using one of the ovens. Double glazed door The BCD925-BDY has double-glazed removable doors - a design which helps to reduce the amount of heat transferred to the outside of the door. Gas hob The five burner gas hob of the BCD-925BDY includes a high powered wok burner that delivers up to 3.5 kW of heat - it's ideal for stir frying. Thick and sturdy cast-iron pan supports lend a professional look to your cooker, and help to spread heat evenly across the base of the pan you're using. One touch ignition means that you'll be able to light your hob instantly with just one hand - simply press and turn the dial to ignite. An LPG conversion kit is included with this cooker if you prefer to use this fuel source.
