Sky-Watcher Explorer-150P (EQ3 PRO) 150mm (6") f/750SynScan GO-TO Parabolic Newtonian Reflector Telescope. All Sky Watcher Black Diamond Newtonian Reflectors feature 0.5mm ultra-thin secondary mirror supports to reduce diffraction spikes and light loss, and high quality Paraboloidal primary mirrors to eliminate spherical aberration. The mirrors are ‘parabolised' to bring all the light rays to the same focal point to produce sharp, contrasty images which are full of detail. Ideal for Planetary and deep sky observation.

EQ3 Pro SynScan GO-TO Equatorial Mount:

The superb EQ3-2 mount receives high marks from experienced observers. This sturdy mount offers precision and stability along with a host of other features for the serious astronomer. The mount rests firmly on a large, adjustable aluminium tripod with accessory tray. A bubble level allows for quick and accurate levelling. Slow-motion control knobs allow for continuous manual tracking of celestial objects. The precision mount features full 360º worm-gear tracking controls on both R.A. and DEC. axes. Dual metal setting circle dials allow quick location of target using celestial coordinates. An optional polarscope is available for aiding in polar alignment.
The EQ3 PRO SynScan mounts use the same Go-To system found in the HEQ5 and EQ6 PRO SynScan. It allows you to point the telescope at a specific object or even tour the skies at the touch of a button. Its extensive database includes a massive 42,900+ night sky objects. The EQ3 PRO SynScan mount is a perfect instrument for novice visual observers and imagers to enjoy astronomy with minimal setup time and in-depth knowledge of the night sky.
