Its ovens, totalling 105-litres in capacity, both feature top and bottom heating elements for a range of cooking options. This cooker, with gas hob and electric ovens, also includes a programmable LED digital clock with minute minder. Five-burner hob It has five gas burners, from a high power 3.5kW wok burner to a simmer burner. Hob supports are cast iron for strength and durability. Safety valves on the burner cut off the gas flow if the flame is accidentally extinguished. Multifunctional The main 70L multifunction oven has fan-operated cooking that circulates hot air evenly, to give consistent results whichever shelf is used. It also seals food quickly, so sweet and savoury dishes can be cooked together without flavour crossover.
