The sophisticated, dual fuel Elan Deluxe 90 combines an imposing style with a distinctly practical purpose featuring a gas hob, contemporary spiral handles and ergonomically designed control knobs. The mains ignition gas hob has 5 main gas burner, as well as a sturdy wok cradle. The main oven has a capacity of 73L, while the smaller oven on the right has a capacity of 67L. The right hand cavity serves as a conventional fan oven, while the left-hand features: Base heat mode Browning setting Conventional setting Defrost mode Fan assisted grill mode Rapid response mode There's a separate dual circuit grill where the grill pan glides out on runners for extra convenience, and sturdy Catch-rite door fixtures. Catalytic stay-clean liners make maintenance easy, absorbing fat and steam during the cooking process and releasing them to the base of the cavity to be simply wiped away. This appliance must be installed by a Gas Safe registered engineer. Please note that connection hoses are not supplied with cookers that use gas for this reason.
